Director, Caroline Cotterell, heads up the team with 19 years of operational and strategic HR experience. Her expertise is in successfully managing complex projects for major employers including large change programmes, TUPE transfers, restructuring, talent management and communications. Throughout her 19-year career, she has managed complex projects, including acquisitions, a major redundancy programme, and a TUPE transfer for 1,000 employees working with the public sector, private sector and UNISON. Working closely with occupational health, Caroline has reduced sick leave and raised performance levels in many of the organisations that she has supported.
With boundless energy and drive, and an approachable personality, Caroline knows how to engage with stakeholders, and clients repeatedly ask her to return to take on new challenges.
