Director, Caroline Cotterell, heads up the team with 19 years of operational and strategic HR experience. Her expertise is in successfully managing complex projects for major employers including large change programmes, TUPE transfers, restructuring, talent management and communications. Caroline’s solid experience means you receive clear, up-to-date support. Dynamic, empathetic and approachable; Caroline works with the business to identify a support plan, then on implementing the agreed plans collaboratively.

Caroline is well regarded as a highly effective, pragmatic problem solver, thanks to her senior experience with several large organisations.

Throughout her 19-year career, she has managed complex projects, including acquisitions, a major redundancy programme, and a TUPE transfer for 1,000 employees working with the public sector, private sector and UNISON. Working closely with occupational health, Caroline has reduced sick leave and raised performance levels in many of the organisations that she has supported.

With boundless energy and drive, and an approachable personality, Caroline knows how to engage with stakeholders, and clients repeatedly ask her to return to take on new challenges.

A highly motivated self starter, Louise is an experienced, commercially focused and innovative HR Professional, who significantly contributes to and achieves business objectives. She has a reputation for building excellent relationships across the business and has managed multiple complex large and smaller scale projects including change management, relocation, and redundancy. With significant exposure to TUPE she has also worked with a number of different Trade Unions.

Louise has experience in the public, private and third sector, having gained her 20 years HR experience in FMCG, Life Science, Medical, Facilities Service, Financial Services and Manufacturing, where she held Senior HR roles. Louise has also worked with a significant number of diverse SME’s within London, Essex and Suffolk providing straightforward HR solutions. She is renowned for having a practical hands on consultative and engaging approach.

AIDAN WALMSLEY, MCIPD

Aidan has extensive experience within the commercial and industrial sectors. The main industries Aidan has been involved in include Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing/Engineering, Shipping, Utilities, Financial Services, Media and IT services.

Aidan is a seasoned professional; he is driven by solutions, an excellent communicator and able to influence employee engagement to shift cultural and behavioural change to improve business performance. He has extensive experience of business transformation and re-structures, strategic and operational solutions, and employee relations including trade unionised and regulated environments.

KIERAN CONROY, MCIPD

Kieran has over 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Employment Law. With a BA (Hons) Law and MA in Employment Strategy, he has held senior positions within a number of Blue Chip national and international companies at senior HR and Director level.

Kieran has a background in HR, legal, and running his own business, but his particular expertise lies in employment law and managing Employment Tribunal cases that might arise, ensuring they are fully prepared. He has represented at both Employment Tribunal and the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

SARAH RAMOS, MCIPD

Sarah is a confident and focused HR professional with experience of both private and public sectors, including schools, offering businesses key results and solutions in a number of complex HR issues.

As a fully qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Practitioner and with a Master in Occupational Psychology, Sarah has the skills to deal with all levels of a business, from production staff to board directors.

With proven experience of developing staff and management coaching, Sarah is able to build strong relationships and win trust to help drive business change forward. Sarah has an understanding of a broad mix of HR generalist skills, which has enabled her to work with and understand anything from large Blue-Chip companies to SMEs.

PIA HOWE

Office Manager

Pia is our newest member of the HR Solutions Team and is originally from an event management background. No doubt that her organisational skills will keep our team running smoothly. Pia is working behind the scenes, managing the day-to-day operations and management of the HR Solutions Team office. She has more than 10 years of professional experience in the customer service industry.
