Change of terms and conditions within a medium size company – Rosemary & Thyme Limited

Working with the management team to understand what the business case was to make the relevant changes and take them step by step through the process of change. The ways of working were reviewed and through effective consultation and communication with the employees, key elements were changed contractually for all employees. The process was transparent, consultative and felt to be fair.


Head of HR for a Global Insurance/Underwriting Company in the City of London/US – R&Q Investment Holdings Ltd

The previous Head of HR left the organisation and there was a period where the recruitment process had concluded. The company understood it needed a senior level HR person to support their global organisation, and travelling to US and other countries was part of the remit; as was re-evaluating what the structure of the HR team and their role within the organisation would be.
