TUPE transfer for a charity – Mid and North Essex Mind
We are experts in change and TUPE, so we were asked to support this TUPE transfer when one organisation took over the other. We provided information and advice to management, and both the employees it affected and those it didn’t.
We ensured it was transparent, there were plans that were shared, and that we were open and honest about any changes that may come about from the transfer. Many of our team members have extensive experience of TUPE and they enjoy this aspect of work.
